Janice Levett

Janice first met Dan in 2005 when she worked as his executive coach as he made the transition from Comms Solutions to George Laurel & Partners.

Throughout the five year development of Joyner Bolt Janice provided advice and support to Dan and Mark bringing much needed commercial experience and challenge to the project whilst at the same time supporting and encouraging them as they fought to bring the product to market.

Her background in Marketing, Product Development and Business Strategy means she has a wealth of experience in developing, patenting and launching branded products through her work with Wisdom Dental and Smith & Nephew Medical.

As a board director, she was part of a management buyout at Wisdom and the subsequent resale of the business two years later. Janice has run her own Executive Coaching practice since 2003 working with senior executives across a wide range of different industries and organisations.

Janice has been a critical influence on the commercial side of the business and is thrilled to be part of the team to launch the first benefits-led timber fixing range into the construction sector.
